REACH YOUR FULL POTENTIAL WITH OUR PERSONALIZED CARE

MANUAL THERAPY

Manual therapy techniques are skilled hand movements and skilled passive movements of joints and soft tissue and are intended to improve tissue extensibility; increase range of motion; induce relaxation; mobilize or manipulate soft tissue and joints; modulate pain; and reduce soft tissue swelling, inflammation, or restriction.

FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE

Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and

lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability.

AQUATIC THERAPY

Our state of the art therapy pool offers swim jets and four, five and six feet depths to accommodate varied levels of exercise. At a comfortable 92 degrees F, our warm water pool can ease stiff and painful joints to enable you to exercise safely with minimal trauma to your body. Our trained Physical Therapists can develop an exercise program that is right for you.

DRY NEEDLING

Dry Needling (DN) is considered to be a cost effective and efficient technique for the treatment of pain and dysfunction of Myofascial origin.  It is an approach that is based on western anatomical & neurophysiological principles. Myofascial trigger points (MTrPs) are commonly seen in both acute and chronic pain conditions.

WHAT DO OUR PATIENTS THINK?

"My experience with Mountain Physical Therapy has been great! I have used Mountain Physical Therapy for almost twenty years. They helped me rehab after one knee surgery and two shoulder surgeries, always with great result. Recently I have had problems with my knee as a result of having cartilage removed, I chose physical therapy over surgery and have had great results. I also reinsured my shoulder, again I chose physical therapy over surgery and now have use of my shoulder back. They not only provide great therapy, but they are good people and fun to be around. I would never consider anywhere other than Mountain Physical Therapy.”
