Lydia Ringstaff, PT, DPT, COMT, PRPC
Orthopedic Manual, Pelvic Floor and Women’s Health Specialist

Lydia was born and raised in the mountains of Western Maryland. After living in Virginia,
North Carolina and Texas, she is so happy to finally call Montana home!

Upon receiving her bachelor’s in science, Lydia went on to study Physical Therapy and
graduated with a doctoral degree from Shenandoah University in 2015. She is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist and is specialized in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation through the Herman & Wallace Institute.

When asked what she enjoys about the profession she answered: "I love seeing patients improve their relationship with their body as they progress through rehabilitation and the healing process."

Lydia and her husband, Cain, have three energetic kids. Zoe (2017), and twins, Cole and Mya (2019). They love watching the kids learn all kinds of new sports, their most recent favorites being baseball and hockey.

Personally, Lydia enjoys gardening, cooking, working out, reading, music and any outdoor adventure- especially hiking and fishing with her family.

Welcome to the Mountain Physical Therapy family Lydia!
